Refund policy

We are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund.

Please contact us via our message service and let us know the reason for the return.

We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund. We will also provide you with the return address - we don't cover the costs for returns.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us and keep it until your refund has received. We unfortunately do not cover the cost of postage on returned items.
