Refund policy

We are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging.

Please contact us via our message service and let us know the reason for the return.

We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund. We will also provide you with the return address.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us and keep it until your refund has received. We unfortunately do not cover the cost of postage on returned items.
