Won’t order from them again. The shipping charge was more than excessive and it took weeks for my order to be delivered despite the fact that it was represented that the items were in stock and would be shipped immediately in the US. In my mind, this company exists solely to lie and cheat in order to gain financially. I’m really done with them.

We're sorry your order took longer to arrive than anticipated and completely understand your frustration with the delay.
However, we do need to clarify some points in your review. Your order was placed May 21 and included FlitterGlu, which was marked as a Pre-Order item on our USA website. We contacted you on June 10 to apologise for the delay, explain the reason and provide a 10% discount to apologise. Your order shipped 5 days later.
Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on estimated parcel weight, size and delivery location and are displayed at checkout before purchase.
We strongly reject the suggestion that we exist to “lie and cheat” our customers. While we respect your disappointment with the delay, we do not feel it is fair or accurate to characterise a delayed pre-order in this way.
